Practice Areas: Aityah is a partner and solicitor advocate specialising in a range of regulatory matters including health, safety and environmental. She acts for insurer clients and direct clients with the representation of individuals, corporations and local authorities. She advises in respect of emergency response incident investigations and regularly attends HSE, local authority and police interviews. Her practice includes attending Coroner’s Inquests and Crown Court hearings that may follow fatalities and incidents involving major injury. Atiyah speaks at major health and safety conferences such as the IOSH national conference in 2009 and the H&S expo in 2011 & 2012. In addition she presents at local and regional IOSH and local safety group meetings.
