Practice Areas: Partner advising on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, abuse of dominance, restrictive agreements and competition litigation. Advises clients in a variety of sectors including pharma and communications. Extensive experience of appearing before the UK competition authorities as well as the European Commission. Worked on numerous MCC/ Competition Commission references, including Cendant/RAC and Portsmouth & Sunderland Newspapers, EC merger investigations and essential facility cases.
