Practice Areas: David Duffee advises financial institutions in US and cross-border financings, with a particular focus on acquisitions, financings that involve collateral in multiple jurisdictions, first- and second-lien financings and international project finance. He has extensive experience in both sovereign and private-sector debt restructuring, including debtor-in-possession financings and cross-border restructurings and work-outs.
