Practice Areas: Jason Kravitt is the founder and senior partner of Mayer Brown's securitization practice. He assisted clients in creating some of the most significant securitization products used in the capital markets today. Jason represents industry groups such as large issuers of asset-backed securities, sponsors of ABCP conduits, SIFMA, the ASF and ESF on securitization regulatory initiatives, and often helps to lead initiatives in the industry during times of market stress. He is one of the three founders and the Deputy Chair of the ASF, and the sole original member still serving on the Board of Directors of the ESF.
