Practice Areas: Theodore (Ted) Livingston joined Mayer Brown in 1973 and became a partner in 1980. He is a trial and appellate lawyer working primarily on commercial and regulatory-related litigation involving the communications industry. He has served as lead trial counsel for AT&T before state regulatory commissions and federal and state trial courts throughout the country. He has argued numerous cases in the federal courts of appeal. He has also litigated antitrust, audit malpractice, securities fraud, contract disputes cases, business torts and consumer class actions – trying to decision several dozen cases, including major federal court jury trials.
