Practice Areas: Kenneth Geller is a nationally-known appellate lawyer who previously served as Deputy Solicitor General of the United States. He has argued more than 40 cases in the Supreme Court and dozens of cases in the federal courts of appeals and the state supreme courts. He is co-author of Supreme Court Practice (9th ed. 2007), the preeminent work in its field, as well as the Supreme Court chapter in Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts (2d ed. 2011). He is a trustee of the Supreme Court Historical Society. He is also Global Managing Partner of Mayer Brown LLP.
