Practice Areas: Mr Kleban practices in the areas of business bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial transactions with emphasis in representing businesses and their owners in out-of-court reorganizations and debtors and creditors’ committees in business bankruptcies.

Professional Memberships: Mr Kleban is a Member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference, on which he is a Member of the Steering Committee. Mr Kleban has also served on the Boards of Directors of the Miquon School and the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project.
