Practice Areas: John Shirley is a Partner in the Business Group in the Baton Rouge office. He has over 20 years experience in practice and primarily represents regulated public utilities. His practice consists of representing electric, gas, water and sewer utilities, motor carriers and telecommunications companies before the Louisiana Public Service Commission and river pilot associations before the Pilotage Fee Commission.
