Practice Areas: Tommy Siler is the Managing Partner of the Jackson office and the Regional Practice Coordinator of the firm's Employment Group. His practice concentrates in representation of management in labor and employment law matters and defense of civil rights issues. Through litigation and arbitration, he has represented employers in Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, ERISA, and matters involving the NLRA and LMRA.
