Has significant experience obtaining private letter rulings from the Internal Revenue Service and advising on the complex federal income tax rules governing consolidated groups, S corporations, real estate investment trusts and partnerships, with a concentration on the federal income tax aspects of corporate divestitures and acquisitions, partnership transactions and tax-planning strategies.
