Practice Areas: Mr Albers' practice focuses on construction law and commercial and industrial real-estate development. He represents owners, developers, lenders and contractors in construction transactions, documentation and dispute resolution proceedings, as well as project acquisition, financing and development activities. His clients include national industrial and manufacturing companies, real estate developers, mass transit authorities and general contractors. Mike is also an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University School of Law and on the faculty of the Design-Build Institute of America, and the American Arbitration Association's Roster of Neutrals.
