Practice Areas: Bill Walsh's practice focuses on commercial leasing, strategic planning, real estate investments (including non-performing loans) and urban redevelopment. He represents a variety of clients from Fortune 500 companies to organizations and indigent individuals on a pro bono basis. He represents his firm on its leasing matters for its U.S. and international offices. Bill was named Best Real Estate and Construction Lawyer in Virginia by Virginia Business magazine in its inaugural “Legal Elite” edition. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the head of his firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice Group.
