Served as Lead Counsel in several high profile class action, MDL and other litigation matters in the US and overseas, including recent China made toy recalls and litigation, and industry-wide attacks involving Global Warming, lead paint and firearms. Argued appeals in various state and federal appellate courts. His participation in the highly publicized NAACP gun industry trial in New York was recognized as one of the 10 Top Defense Verdicts in 2003. In the prestigious AmLaw competition, Jones Day's Products Group won best group in 2003 and finalist in 2005.
