Practice Areas: David Levy leads the Houston office's Litigation Practice and is co-chair of the Firm’s Technology Industry Client Initiative. He focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property disputes in technology, energy and other industries. He advises clients on crisis management and international litigation, and is editor of the ABA’s book on international litigation. He has tried commercial cases in Texas state and federal courts as well as before domestic and international arbitration tribunals, and has tried patent cases in the Eastern District of Texas.
