Practice Areas: Rebecca Eisen is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Becky chairs the firm's West Coast Wage and Hour Practice and regularly defends employers in wage and hour class actions, multiple-plaintiff, and collective actions brought under California law and the FLSA. Becky also serves on the Legal Board of California's largest employer association, The Employers Group, and serves as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the California State University system.
