Practice Areas: Kenneth Turnbull is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment practice. Ken litigates class actions and individual cases involving a range of issues. He represents clients in cases of discrimination and wrongful discharge, defends against claims for bonus and other compensation before FINRA and other arbitration panels, litigates claims involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets and defends against claims arising out of corporate planning and restructuring. He represents employers before the DOL and in court on SOX and wage and hour issues.
