Practice Areas: Steven Clemens focuses his practice primarily on tax matters that arise from complex mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border. He represents both strategic and financial clients. Mr. Clemens has significant experience in the tax aspects of financial restructurings, both in and out of bankruptcy. He also advises clients on the formation of investment funds, such as private equity funds, and has represented both fund sponsors and significant investors in newly formed investment funds.
