Practice Areas: Timothy Clark is Chair of Covington's Private Equity Practice as well as its Private Funds Practice. Mr Clark represents a wide range of investment fund clients on a global basis, including projects involving North America, Europe, China\Asia, Latin America and the Emerging Markets. He focuses on sponsor-side fund formations (including in the energy, financial services, consumer, health care, secondary, education, distressed and real estate sectors), secondary market transactions and investor representations. Mr Clark also regularly advises clients on US regulatory matters (including the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act).
