Practice Areas: Partner in Sidley's New York office, a global coordinator of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice, and a coordinator of Sidley’s electronic discovery program. Practice focuses on antitrust and securities matters on behalf of financial market, service industry and industrial clients. Represents corporate clients in individual and class action lawsuits arising under the Sherman, Clayton and Robinson-Patman Acts as well as in investigations commenced by federal and state antitrust authorities. Counsels clients on antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and distribution arrangements. Securities practice clients include major international investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds, large corporate issuers.
