Extensive experience in corporate and real estate financings, sale leasebacks, restructurings in and out of bankruptcy and partnership matters. Mr Hayutin has been involved in purchase, sale and development of hotel, commercial and residential master-planned projects; he has negotiated the formation and restructuring of numerous joint ventures, general and limited partnerships and limited liability companies, including real estate-oriented, law and accounting practice entities.
