Practice Areas: Mr. Chen is a patent and commercial litigator. He has first- and second-chaired multiple trials. Over the years, Mr. Chen has served as lead/co-lead counsel in numerous district court and International Trade Commission cases, in forums that include Texas, California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Utah. In September 2011 Mr. Chen led the defense of Realtek Semiconductor Corp. in an ITC trial. Relying on the admissions Mr. Chen secured at trial, Judge Rogers concluded in his initial determination that Firm client Realtek did not infringe any claim of the asserted patent.
