Practice Areas: William Knull is the senior litigation partner in Mayer Brown’s Houston office. A graduate of Yale and the University of Virginia law school, for more than 30 years he has concentrated on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on arbitration and litigation of international commercial and investment disputes involving contractual, operational, accounting, governance, jurisdictional and related issues arising from oil and gas and other projects. Matters include transactions and investments in Europe, Latin America and Central and East Asia, before tribunals administered under the rules of most of the leading international arbitration institutions.
