Practice Areas: Marie Fiala is a Partner and has a litigation and counseling practice in the federal and state courts with emphasis on complex antitrust, energy and financial issues. She was recently recognized in the 2012 edition of "The Best Lawyers in America" in Antitrust, Commercial Litigation and Energy Law. Ms. Fiala has served as lead trial and appellate counsel for Pacific Gas & Electric Company in numerous cases and counseling engagements involving antitrust, preemption, contract, Commerce Clause and other commercial issues.
