Practice Areas: John represents clients in a wide variety of environmental matters, including cleanup actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (Superfund) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). He also has experience with regulatory enforcement actions for alleged violations of the treatment, storage, and disposal provisions of RCRA, emission limitations under the Clean Air Act, and reporting requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act and the Toxic Substances Control Act.
