He represents hedge funds, distressed investors, special situation lenders, banks, ad hoc committees, official committees of creditors, and companies in need of restructuring advice, in distressed corporate acquisitions and divestitures, litigation, workouts, reorganizations, and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
Professional Memberships: Past treasurer, vice president and current President of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and is a past president and current board member of the Houston Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
