Practice Areas: Mr Truesdell is Co-Head of Davis Polk & Wardwell's Global Capital Markets Group. He represents clients in US and international capital markets transactions and advises on corporate governance and securities market regulation. He has represented investment banks, including Banc of America, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley, as well as a variety of corporate clients. Mr Truesdell has extensive experience with a wide variety of both public and private debt and equity offerings by US and non-US issuers, including initial public offerings, convertible offerings, high-yield and investment grade debt financings and exchange offers and other restructurings.
