Practice Areas: As Head of Weil’s Public Company Advisory Group, Ellen Odoner advises US public companies and US-listed foreign private issuers, as well as boards of directors and audit and other independent committees, on SEC disclosure, corporate governance, financial restatements and internal control matters. She is one of the leaders of the firm’s high-stakes corporate counseling team. She also specializes in merger and acquisition and securities transactions, particularly those with cross-border elements, and has extensive experience representing non-US companies in the US.
