Practice Areas: David advises on all aspects of employee share ownership and participation. He recently advised Glencore International on the UK employee share aspects of its recordbreaking IPO.

David is also a Member of the consultative committee appointed by the Government to work with the Office of Tax Simplification on improving the tax legislation relating to employee share schemes.
