Practice Areas: Mark S. Ostrau is co-Chair of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Group, co-chair of the Cleantech Group and a partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Groups at Fenwick & West LLP. As a member of Fenwick's Technology Transactions Group, his focus is helping cleantech and other high technology companies grow into sustainable businesses by assisting them in acquiring, developing and commercializing their technologies and products. As co-chair of the Antitrust and Unfair Competiton Group, Mr. Ostrau advices clients on a wide variety of antitrust issus, including distribution, marketing, M&A and intellectual property.

Career: Mr. Ostrau is recognized as one of northern California’s “Super Lawyers” (2011), and as one of the top antitrust lawyers in California by Chambers USA (2011) and is named to The Best Lawyers in America for antitrust law.
