Represents domestic and foreign electric and natural gas companies on matters dealing with cross-border trade, competition, open access to transmission, enforcement and investigations, ratemaking, rulemakings, restructuring and regulatory compliance. Has more than 35 years of experience litigating complex, multi-party proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, the Bonneville Power Administration, federal trial and appellate courts and arbitration tribunals in the U.S. and Canada.
