John Fore is head of the firm’s corporate finance practice and specializes in the representation of growth technology companies in Silicon Valley. John Wilson of Shearman & Sterling LLP is described by clients as a
"skilled negotiator, who really understands the market." His diverse practice includes joint ventures, corporate governance and traditional debt and equity matters.
Michael Woronoff of Proskauer Rose LLP has an excellent reputation for the representation of both issuers and underwriters in a wide range of securities transactions. He recently represented Stream Global Services in a $200 million senior secured notes offering.
Louis Lehot of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP joins the rankings this year, after impressing clients with his
