Abbas Lakha QC is a defence specialist, with a wide-ranging practice in all areas of serious and complex litigation. His principal expertise relates to the defence of individuals who are prosecuted in relation to allegations of Financial Crime. Abbas has appeared in many of the country’s most high profile fraud trials which frequently have international dimensions. He is regularly instructed to advise at the pre-investigative stages of cases.
