Practice Areas: Richard has a broad commercial chancery practice with significant experience applying for and opposing freezing orders and other interim relief. Richard has handled cases concerning internet security, international financial organisations, debt recovery from a sovereign state, and a number of cases involving alleged domestic and international frauds, including Derby v Weldon, Morris v Mahfouz and aspects of Maxwell. Richard has experience working with lawyers in a number of other jurisdictions, has appeared in the Cayman Islands, and has been called to the Bar of the East Caribbean States and for a case in the Isle of Man.
