Career: Prior to founding Ifrah Law, Jeff was of counsel at Paul Hastings and then shareholder at Greenberg Traurig. Prior to entering private practice, Jeff served as a Special Assistant US Attorney in the District of New Jersey and he served his country as a JAG Officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the US Army.
Publications: Jeff is co-author of Federal Sentencing for Business Crimes, the only comprehensive treatise on federal sentencing in the context of business and white-collar crimes. He and the attorneys of Ifrah Law author the blogs CrimeInTheSuites.com and FTCBeat.com.
