Professional Memberships: A Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy since 1999. He is a Member of the American, Louisiana, Illinois, Colorado and Federal Bar Associations. Has been a member since 1989 in 'Best Lawyers in America', was recently recognized as one of the top 50'Super Lawyers in Louisiana'. He has Chaired the ABI Unsecured Trade Creditor's Committee.
Career: Received his BA, in 1971 from Syracuse University, then received his JD in 1975 from Tulane University. He received a LLM in Taxation in 1978 from New York University.
