Practice Areas: Extensive experience with antitrust trials, civil and criminal government antitrust investigations, and competition-related commercial cases and ADR proceedings, including mediations and arbitrations. In addition to trial work, has successfully represented clients in investigations conducted by the US DOJ, Federal Trade Commission and California Attorney General's office and advises companies regarding potential strategic acquisitions, joint ventures and distribution agreements. He has developed a particular focus on claims involving dominant firm conduct and the information technologies and telecommunications arenas.
