This legal team is highly specialised in representing clients before the Department of Culture, the Department of Sports and the National Film Agency in a wide range of matters,which include adjudication and rulemaking procedures on the subject matters handled by those bodies of government. The lawyers also handle complex matters before the Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU - governmental body equivalent to the US General Accountability Office) and assist clients in all types of public bidding. Furthermore, the law firm deals with general governmental law and regulation, management of public funds, project finance and public procurement. The team has recently worked on the structuring of the largest investment fund for cinema in the Brazilian market and on the development of a new regulatory framework for audiovisual and entertainment industries, currently under discussion before the Brazilian Congress,among other relevant projects.
