Latham & Watkins has appointed Tom Alabaster as a corporate partner in its London office. Alabaster was previously senior counsel at The Carlyle Group in New York. Read more here.

The partnership is made up of a sextet of highly-regarded arbitration experts, including Chambers UK-ranked Constantine Partasides QC, former leader of the arbitration group at Freshfields.
