Banking & Finance:
Accomplished in all types of domestic and cross-border financings and securitisations, as well as the establishment and regulation of financial institutions. Energy/Natural Resources:
Adept in oil and gas, renewable energy, electricity, mining and forestry matters. A multidisciplinary approach that draws on lawyers in the fields of corporate, securities, M&A, project finance, regulatory, environmental, litigation, labour, tax and aboriginal law to ensure commercial success of clients in these industries.
