Capital Markets:

The capital markets practice comprises over 420 partners and lawyers who concentrate on securities transactions and other products sold into the capital markets. Derivatives-focused Peter Scherer's recent work includes advising a German bank on securities transactions and counselling a German insurance group on the financial regulatory aspects of infrastructure debt funds.

Regulatory and derivatives-focused Marc Benzler's recent mandates include advising a US investment bank with regard to a 'living will' focusing on its German operations and subsidiaries.

Tax - Germany
