Competition/European Law - Netherlands

THE FIRM This four-partner team is based in Brussels, and handles a range of merger control, abuse of dominance and state aid cases. Recent matters include advising Ballast Nedam in the alleged bitumen cartel, and advising Qbuzz on merger control issues relating to its joint venture with HTM. Further clients include Dyckerhoff, Delta and Pioneer Benelux.

Real Estate - Netherlands

THE FIRM Split between Amsterdam and Utrecht, the real estate team of this international firm advises a range of property developers and real estate investment funds. Recent highlights include assisting Borghese Real Estate and Keystone Vastgoed with the purchase of an office complex in Amsterdam, and advising VolkerWessels on the purchase and subsequent sale of the Anna van Bueren building in the Hague.
