The team handles all aspects of property portfolio work across a range of sectors throughout the UK, and is nationally recognised for its pension property work.
Licensing: The team is nationally recognised for advising on all commercial and regulatory aspects including betting, gaming, liquor, entertainment licensing and copyright.
Employment: The team advises international, national and regional employers on all aspects of employment law including TUPE, restrictive covenants and discrimination issues.
Corporate: The team has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions as well as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals and restructuring.
Litigation & Debt Recovery: The “hands-on” litigation team specialises in company and commercial issues, construction/building, property and professional negligence disputes and also has niche expertise in the areas of banking litigation and corporate recovery and insolvency.
Personal injury: The Claimant team brings claims on behalf of individuals. It receives the vast majority of its work based on word of mouth. The team has won repeated plaudits for the fact that it “clearly really cares about its clients”. The Defendant team acts for foreign and domestic insurance companies as well as self insuring businesses and private individuals. The team defends a wide range of claims arising from all types of accidents and from small value to £multi-million cases.
