International Dispute Resolution: Steptoe lawyers are actively engaged in the resolution of disputes involving a wide variety of industry sectors through litigation and arbitration (under ICC, LCIA, SCC, AAA, ICSID, CIETAC and LMAA rules), and have substantial experience in major industries. Tax: Steptoe advises on all aspects of domestic and international taxation including structuring of cross-border transactions, international joint ventures, real estate investment, private equity, transfer pricing, tax litigation, as well as executive compensation and share schemes.
