Selection criteria:

The shortlist was selected by the Editors, based on research for the upcoming 2013 guide. Winners will be selected after an appraisal of the firms' overall performances. We will look at factors including involvement in the highest profile and most cutting edge deals and cases across the world. Not only will they will have the resources and the expertise to support such cases but they will have the client feedback to support such a high profile.
