■ Currently representing the Karachi Municipal Corporation, Government of Sindh for the proposed development of a Rapid Bus Transport system in the city of Karachi.

■ Transaction legal counsel for the standby letter of credit backed project financing for the designing, construction, completion, operation and maintenance of a 16.5km two lane road and a 1.05km bridge over the Indus River to be undertaken by Al- Jasr Pakistan (Private) Limited as the concessionaire. The transaction was valued at over PKR3b.

■ Transaction legal counsel for the syndicated long term finance facility and deferred payment letter of credit facility availed by Thatta Power (Private) Limited for setting up a 23.10 MW gas-fired thermal captive power plant under the power policy for new captive power plant in Thatta, Sindh, Pakistan.
