Practice Areas: Andrew Moore focuses his practice on public offerings, securities regulations, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew has a wide range of securities offerings experience, including IPOs and shelf offerings of debt and equity securities, on behalf of companies such as Zillow, Puget Energy, Puget Sound Energy, Idaho Power, Jones Soda and Weyerhaeuser. His extensive M&A experience includes representation of companies such as Amazon.com and Microsoft. Andrew is co-author of the Public Company Handbook: A Corporate Governance and Disclosure Guide for Directors and Executives, and serves as a frequent speaker on a variety of public company and corporate governance topics.
