Practice Areas: Randy Parks is Co-Chair of the firm's Global Technology and Sourcing Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial contracting, particularly business process and information technology outsourcing, licensing, systems acquisition, development and integration agreements and joint ventures. Mr Parks and his team have negotiated and documented multiple large-scale, global outsourcing transactions valued at billions of dollars for numerous Global 2000 firms.
