Practice Areas: Mr Fink has an active commercial litigation practice, with special emphasis on trial and appeals in the area of employment contracts and employment discrimination, unfair competition, and regulatory and constitutional law issues. He also counsels clients and conducts investigations in the same areas as his litigation practice. He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a member of the American Law Institute.
