Practice Areas: Michael Dillard, the Office Managing Partner in the firm’s Houston office, practices all aspects of corporate and securities law, with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings for upstream and midstream oil and gas companies including several multi-billion dollar M&A transactions. In addition, he has extensive experience representing private equity funds making strategic investments and buyouts in the energy industry as well as representing portfolio companies.
