He prepares and prosecutes patent applications on a variety of subjects, in a variety of industries, with emphasis in the consumer products industry. John manages patent and trademark portfolios of large consumer products companies and issues patent and trademark clearance and non-infringement opinions. John has experience handling trademark disputes, including the filing and prosecution of Lanham Act, Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy and Anti-cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act actions, as well as opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
